Newsletter Nr.1 2016

Seit unserem letzten Newsletter ist viel passiert.
Ganze 10 neue Modellbahnen haben wir seitdem neu im Auftrag. Die Infos und Neuigkeiten über unsere Arbeiten auf unserer Homepage und auch auf unserer Facebookseite werden fast täglich ergänzt und aktualisiert.
Es lohnt sich öfter mal nach zuschauen.

Much has happened since our last newsletter was published. Since then we have 10 new model railway layouts in order. The information and news about our work are almost daily supplemented and updated on our website and on Facebook.
It is worth to take a look once in a while.

20.) Unser brima Road System
Our brima Road System

 

 

1.) Neuer Webauftritt
Wie Sie sicherlich bemerkt haben, haben wir eine komplett neue Homepage erstellt. In den letzten 15 Jahren haben wir unsere „alte“ Homepage immer wieder erweitert. Hierdurch wurde diese unübersichtlich. Jetzt ist alles gut und klar gegliedert dargestellt. Einzelne Infos werden nun nach und nach hinzugefügt.

As you may have noticed, we have created a completely new website. During the past 15 years it was constantly supplemented and so became confusing. The new website is well presented and clearly structured. Individual information will be gradually added

2.) Fortschritt 19,05 m² große Märklin H0 Modellbahn (Nr.319)
Alle Kunstbauten sind fertiggestellt und eingebaut. Das Alugewebe haben wir komplett montiert. Die Bahnsteige sind angefertigt und alle Straßen lackiert. Nun beginnen wir mit der Montage der Oberleitung und mit dem Gipsauftrag für die Landschaft / Felsgestaltung.

Advance 19,05 m² Marklin H0 – layout (No. 319)
All custom builts are completed and installed. The aluminium mesh is assembled. The platforms are made and all roads are painted. Now we start the assembly of the catenary and we put on the plaster for the landscape and the rock design.

 

3.) Fortschritt 4,46 m² Märklin H0 K-Gleis Modellbahn (Nr.318)
An dieser kompakten Modellbahn haben wir den kompletten Rohbau fertig gestellt und alle K-Gleise Märklin im verdeckten und sichtbaren Bereich verlegt. Auch hier ist der Straßenbetrieb für das brima Road System incl. Lkw-Verladung auf der „Rollenden Landstraße“ vorgesehen.

Advance 4,46 m² Marklin K-track H0 – layout (No. 318
At this compact layout we have completed the benchwork and we have laid all Marklin K-tracks in the covered and visible area. Again, the road operation incl. truck loading on the „rolling road“ is provided for our brima Road System.

 

4.) Fortschritt 19,6 m² Märklin H0 K-Gleis Modellbahn (Nr. 325)
Alle Gleise (über 241 m Märklin K-Gleise) sind verlegt. Zurzeit verdrahten wir die Anlage komplett und bereiten diese für die PC-Steuerung vor. Ebenfalls ist bereits auch hier das brima Road System eingebaut worden. Kunstbauten sind auch schon fast alle fertig gestellt. In Kürze beginnen wir mit den technischen Tests und dem Montieren des Alu-Gewebes.

Advance 19,6 m² Marklin H0 – layout (No. 325)
All tracks (about 241m Märklin K-tracks) are laid. Currently we are wiring the layout and prepare it for the PC control. Also has been installed the brima Road System. All the custom builts are almost completed. We will shortly begin with the technical tests and with mounting of the aluminum mesh.

 

 

 

5.) Fortschritt 11,27 m² Märklin H0 Modellbahn (Nr.327)
Diese 11,27 m² große Modellbahn haben wir komplett als Rohbau gefertigt. Unser Kunde holte diese Anlage bei uns ab. Jetzt kann er direkt mit dem Verlegen der Geräuschdämmung und der Gleise beginnen.

Advance 11,27 m² Marklin H0 – layout (No. 327)
This 11.27 m² large model train we built as a benchwork. Our customer brought this layout from us. Now he can directly start laying the sound insulation and the tracks.

 

 

6.) Fortschritt 17,3 m² Spur 0m Modellbahn (Nr. 326)
Hier ist der komplette Rohbau aufgebaut. Besonderheit bei dieser Modellbahn ist der runde Anlagenrand und am Eingang das große bis zum Boden reichende Steinbogenviadukt in Anlehnung an das Landwasserviadukt der räthischen Bahn in der Schweiz. Zurzeit verlegen wir die Gleise.

Advance 17,3 m² track 0m – layout (No. 326)
Here the entire benchwork is constructed. Special feature of this model railway is the round border and – at the entrance- the large reaching to the bottom stone arch viaduct based on the Landwasserviadukt (Räthische Bahn) in Switzerland. At the moment were laying the tracks.

 

 

7.) NEU 12,95 m² Märklin H0 Modellbahn (Nr. 330)
Neu im Auftrag haben wir diese 12,95 m² große Märklin H0 Anlage. Größte Seitenlänge fast 8 m. Hier ist ordentlich Betrieb möglich. Diesen Bau beginnen wir auf Kundenwunsch ab August 2016 bis zur Gleisverlegung ohne Verdrahtung.

NEW 12,95 m² Marklin H0 – layout (No. 330)
New order is this 12,95 m² Marklin H0 layout. Larger side length of almost 8 m. Here operation is properly possible. We start with construction from August 2016 from framework to track laying without wiring.

 

8.) NEU 2,88 m² Märklin H0 Modellbahn (Nr. 331)
Hier sehen Sie ebenfalls neu im Bau eine sehr kompakte Märklin H0 Anlage mit Abmessungen 2,40 x 1,20 m. Als Ausbaustufe ist der betriebsbereite Rohbau gewünscht. Zurzeit verdrahten wir diese Modellbahn.

NEW 2,88 m² Marklin H0 – layout (No. 331)
Here you can see a very compact Märklin H0 layout with dimensions 2.40 x 1.20 m. As stage of construction bechnwork is desired. Currently we are wiring the model train.

 

 

9.) NEU 3,07 m² Märklin H0 Modellbahn (Nr. 332)
An diesem Rohbau gibt es einige Besonderheiten gegenüber einer herkömmlichen Modell-bahn. Hauptthema auf dieser 3,07 m² großen Fläche ist ein Bahnbetriebswerk mit doppelter Drehscheibe. Im Automatikbetrieb fahren die Lokomotiven in den Lokschuppen, fahren über einen 5fach-Wendel nach unten und danach wieder zurück zur Drehscheibe. Dazwischen wird noch ein Loklift eingebaut. Der Wendel dient zur Aufnahme von über 100 Lokomotiven im Blockbetrieb.

NEW 3,07 m² Marklin H0 – layout (No. 332)
At this benchwork, there are some unique features compared to a conventional model railway. Main theme on this 3.07 square meter area is a depot with dual turntable. In automatic mode, the locomotives are driving into the locomotive shed, drive over a 5x helix downward and then back to the turntable. In between a Loklift is still installed. The helix is designed to accommodate more than 100 locomotives in block operation.

 

 

 

10.) NEU 25,66 m² Märklin H0 Modellbahn (Nr. 333)
Ebenfalls neu im Auftrag ist die 25,66 m² große Märklin H0 Modellbahn mit Motiven der BLS in der Schweiz. Insgesamt wird diese Anlage bis zu 170 cm hoch und wir müssen fast 260 m Märklin H0 K-Gleise und Bemo H0m Gleise verlegen. Zurzeit fertigen wir den Rohbau.

NEW 25,66 m² Marklin H0 – layout (No. 333)
Also new in order is this 25.66 m² large Marklin H0 model railroad featuring the BLS in Switzerland. Overall, this layout is up to 170 cm high and we have to lay almost 260 m Marklin H0 K Track and Bemo H0m tracks. Currently we are manufacturing the benchwork.

 

11.) NEU 8,91 m² Märklin H0 Modellbahn (Nr. 334)
Für diese neue Modellbahn fertigen wir den kompletten Grundrahmen, plotten den 1:1 Zu-schnittplan und tragen alle Maße und Höhen mm-genau ein, so dass unser Kunde die Spanten und Trassen direkt vom 1:1 Plott auf das Holz übertragen kann.

NEW 8,91 m² Marklin H0 – layout (No. 334)
For this new model train, we manufacture the complete framework, plot the 1: 1 cut plan and carry all the measurements and heights a millimeter accuracy, so that our costumer can transfer the vertical and horizontal structures from the 1:1 plan on the chipboard.

 

 

 

12.) NEU 12,65 m² Märklin H0 Modellbahn (Nr. 335)
Ebenfalls neu ist diese schöne 7,5 m lange Märklin H0 Modellbahn incl. Straßenbahn und brima Road System. Diese wird in der Ausbaustufe betriebsbereiter Rohbau ausgeführt. Zurzeit fertigen wir den Rohbau.

NEW 12,65 m² Marklin H0 – layout (No. 335)
Also new is this beautiful 7.5 m long Märklin H0 model railroad incl. tram and brima Road System. This is performed in the stage “ benchwork ready for operation”. Cur-rently we are manufacturing the benchwork.

 

13.) NEU 13,58 m² H0 Modellbahn Trix C und BEMO (Nr. 336)
Neu im Auftrag ist diese 13,58 m² große Modellbahn. Hier werden Trix C-Gleise und Bemo H0m Gleise verlegt. Insgesamt sind 3 Bahnhöfe, ein Bahnbetriebswerk, ein Hafen mit Kranverladung und ein kompletter Schenkel mit ländlichen Motiven und vielen Felsen und Brücken geplant.

NEW 13,58 m² Trix C and BEMO H0 – layout (No. 336)
New in order is this 13.58 square meter model railroad. Here Trix C-tracks and Bemo H0m tracks are laid. A total of 3 rail stations, a depot, a harbor with crane embarkation and a complete leg are planned with rural motifs and many rocks and bridges.

 

 

 

14.) NEU 7,5 m² Märklin C-Gleis H0 Modellbahn (Nr. 337)
Auch neu ist diese 7,5 m² große Märklin C-Gleis Anlage. Hier ist die gewünschte Ausbaustufe „betriebsbereiter Rohbau mit PC-Steuerung“.

Also new is this 7.5 m² Marklin C-track layout. Here the desired stage is „ready for operation benchwork with PC control“

 

15.) NEU 8,00 m² Fleischmann Piccolo/Minitrix N Modellbahn (Nr. 338)
Hier kommt mal was „kleines“ für N-Spur-Fans. Auf 8 m² fertigen wir eine N-Spur Anlage mit Minitrix und Fleischmann Piccolo Gleisen. Besonderheit wird ein großer Loklift von Müt sein. Dieser wird mindestens 130 komplette Züge unterbringen.

NEW 8,00 m² Fleischmann Piccolo/Minitrix N – layout (No. 338)
Here comes something „small“ for N-track fans. On 8 m² we produce an N-track layout with Minitrix and Fleischmann Piccolo tracks. Feature will be a big Loklift of Müt. This will accommodate at least 130 complete trains.

 

 

 

16.) NEU 6,16 m² Märklin K-Gleis H0 Modellbahn (Nr. 339)
Die letzte neue Anlage im Auftrag ist eine 6,16 m² große Märklin H0 Modellbahn mit einem Kopfbahnhof. Diese Anlage ist raumfüllend und wird incl. fotorealistischer Hintergrundmotive und Landschaft fertig gebaut. Auch diese Modellbahn wird PC-gesteuert.

NEW 23,15 m² Marklin H0 – layout (No. 339)
This layout new in order is a 6.16 m² large Märklin H0 model railroad with a terminus. This layout is a space-filling and is built incl. photo-realistic backgrounds and scenery. This layout is PC-controlled.

 

 

 

17.) Aktuelle News: Planungen
Zum Thema neue Planung haben wir einen Stopp bis Sommer 2016 festgelegt. Die Nach-frage nach Plänen aus unserem Haus ist so groß, dass wir diese nicht mehr im geplanten Zeitrahmen von max. 3 Monaten umsetzen können. Wir möchten zuerst unsere bestehenden Aufträge in gewohnter Form fertigstellen und dann wieder neue Arbeiten annehmen. Wir danken für Ihr Verständnis.

NEWS Planning of layouts
We have set a planning-stop until summer 2016th The demand for plans of our house is so big that we are not able to implement any new ordered plan in the time frame of max. 3 months. We first want to finish our existing planning orders in the usual form and then retrieve new work. Thank you for your understanding.

19.) Tage der offenen Tür 21./22.05.16
Am 21. und 22.05.16 findet unser 19. Tag der offenen Tür statt. Es werden insgesamt 10 Modellbahnen mit unterschiedlichen Baustufen zu sehen sein. Merken Sie sich diesen Termin vor. Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

Open House 21st and 22nd May 2016
On 21st and 22nd May 2016 our 19th Open House will take place. It will be shown a total of 10 model trains with different construction stages. Remember this date. It’s worth a visit.
